Russia illegally exports grain of new harvest from occupied Ukrainian ports – Ukrainian Navy spokesperson
Russia uses the occupied Ukrainian ports in Crimea and the Sea of Azov mainly for civilian shipping and grain export from the occupied territories, said spokesperson of the Navy Dmytro Pletenchuk on the air of the unified national telethon.
"Russia uses the occupied Ukrainian ports of Crimea and Azov, mainly for civilian shipping, for illegal actions. The enemy uses ports to export grain, including new crops from the occupied territories," he said.
Pletenchuk stressed that ships that illegally enter the occupied Ukrainian ports actually illegally cross the Ukrainian state border, and this is criminal liability.
"These tasks are performed by vessels that, so to speak, do not go to the outside world. They are designed to ship the loot to Russian ports, and from there they already sell it as their own products," the Navy spokesman concluded.
