Ukraine about to agree with Romania on cooperation in prevention, limitation, mitigation of consequences of emergencies
The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the draft agreement between the Governments of Ukraine and Romania on cooperation in the field of prevention, limitation and mitigation of the consequences of emergency situations.
As representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk said on the Telegram channel, the corresponding decision was made at a government meeting on Tuesday.
In particular, the agreement establishes a framework within which the parties will be able to provide mutual assistance to each other, upon request, in the event of an unavoidable or emergency situation, the consequences of which can be mitigated by the efforts and means of the party whose state territory is in danger or has suffered.
