Zelenskyy, delegation of US Senate discuss Ukraine's need for use of long-range weapons

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has held a meeting with a delegation of the U.S. Senate in Kyiv, during which the parties discussed the need for the Armed Forces of Ukraine to use long-range weapons.

"It is important that Ukrainians and Americans are really winners in our defense of normal life and freedom of people. Today I met with the delegation of the U.S. Senate. We discussed what exactly is needed to end this war fairly, in particular our need to use long-range weapons," Zelenskyн wrote on the Telegram channel on Monday.

The President thanked the United States for supporting the Ukrainian defense.
