Fire breaks out as enemy drone hits infrastructure facility in Vinnytsia region
A large-scale fire broke out at a critical infrastructure facility as a result of an enemy drone attack last night, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine has said on Saturday morning, reporting no casualties.
"Vinnytsia region: the enemy attacked the region by drones last night. As a result of the strike, a large-scale fire broke out at a critical infrastructure facility. Fortunately, none of the enterprise's employees and no civilians were injured," it said on the Telegram channel.
The State Emergency Service sent 64 rescuers and 23 units of equipment to extinguish the fire. Ukrzaliznytsia provided two fire trains to ensure uninterrupted water supply.
Reportedly, the fire has not been put out yet.
