Turkish, Ukrainian defense ministers meet in Ankara
National Defense Minister of Turkey Yaşar Güler has met with his Ukrainian counterpart Rustem Umerov in Ankara, the National Defense Ministry of Turkey said.
According to it, Güler welcomed Umerov and they held a meeting at the ministry.
