In Romania, UAV wreckage found again after Russian attack on Ukraine – Defense Ministry
Specialists from the Ministry of National Defense of Romania and other specialized structures within the NSDC continued to search for possible fragments of drones that fell on the Romanian bank of the Danube River as a result of attacks by Russian forces on civilian objects and port infrastructure of Ukraine, the press service of the department reported on Wednesday, 31 July
"All areas where fragments of drones may have fallen are being inspected. At the moment, elements have been identified in the vicinity of Plauru and Periprava settlements of Tulcea district. On Wednesday, July 31, elements of drones were also confirmed in Ceatalchioi area of Tulcea district," the Ministry of Defense of Romania said.
The department emphasized that "standard operating procedures for such situations have been introduced."
