Two young children, their mother returned to territory controlled by Ukraine – Reintegration Ministry
Two little girls and their mother were returned from the temporarily occupied territory, the Ministry of Reintegration of the Occupied Territories said.
"A woman called the hotline of the Ministry of Reintegration asking for help in evacuating her daughter and two little granddaughters, aged three and five, from the occupied village in Kherson region. They were unable to leave on their own," the ministry's press service said in Telegram channel on Wednesday.
Representatives of the Ministry of Reintegration took on the return of the family in close cooperation with the Public Union "Ukrainian Child Rights Network."
"The preparation of the route lasted almost ten days, and the road five. Now the children and their mother have successfully reached the territory controlled by the Ukrainian government," the ministry said.
