Borrell: Ukrainians critically need more air defense, military equipment

High Representative of the European Union for Foreign and Security Policy Josep Borrell has highlighted the importance of urgently providing Ukraine with more air defense and other military equipment.

"Kyiv was the target of yet another massive wave of Russian attacks last night. These relentless incursions to destroy life and key infrastructure are met with admirable resilience. But the Ukrainians need help. Providing urgently more air defense and military equipment is critical," he said on Twitter on Wednesday.
