As a result of the morning shelling by the Russian army of the suburb of Kherson, an elderly man was killed and a woman was injured, said Roman Mrochko, head of Kherson City Military Administration.

"There is one dead and one injured. In the morning, the Russian army shelled the suburb of Kherson from the temporarily occupied left bank," his Telegram channel says.

Mrochko clarified that a 68-year-old man received injuries incompatible with life. His body was recovered from the rubble by rescuers. And a 73-year-old woman has a concussion, explosive and closed craniocerebral injury. The doctors on the spot provided her with the necessary assistance.
