Zelenskyy: Some personnel issues to depend on timely protection of energy facilities
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that some personnel issues will depend on the observation of deadlines during the construction of protective structures above energy facilities.
"As for the energy system, most of our regions have big potential for the development of new power generation. We already have crediting and grant programs, various formats of support from our partners. Most communities can find options to provide people with more power generation capabilities," he said in a video address on Tuesday.
The head of state underlines that the entire government is "working on the protection of our energy facilities, and all deadlines for the specific facilities, which have been voiced at the meetings, must be observed."
"It will also be a criterion for some personnel issues," he said.
As reported, Zelenskyy made working trips to Volyn, Rivne, Poltava, and Kharkiv regions on Monday and Tuesday to check the energy situation and the construction of fortifications there, as well as meet with local entrepreneurs.
