A two-day training course for Ukrainian Red Cross (URC) health counselors has been held in Ternopil.
“The main task is to improve the information skills of Ukrainian Red Cross health counselors and improve mechanisms of interaction with communities for more effective dissemination of knowledge aimed at health promotion,” the URC Facebook page reported.
URC implements the direction “Community Health Promotion” in 10 communities of Vinnytsia and Kirovograd regions. Its health counselors inform the population about the most common diseases and methods of their prevention.
