South Korean company provides financial assistance to Okhmatdyt
The South Korean corporation KIND, which is helping to develop a transport master plan for Kyiv region, transferred financial assistance collected by its employees to Okhmatdyt, the press service of the regional military administration reported.
“Representatives of the South Korean corporation KIND ... visited the Okhmatdyt children's hospital attacked by the Russians. They inspected the damage caused by the missile attack and provided financial assistance to the hospital. The company’s employees collected resources to support Okhmatdyt,” the administration said on Telegram on Saturday.
It is reported that the initiative to support the hospital with their own funds arose among KIND employees in the first minutes after they saw photographs of the consequences of unjustified cruelty to Ukrainian children.
In gratitude, Volodymyr Zhovnir, General Director of the National Children's Hospital Okhmatdyt, gave the benefactors a gift from the institution's young patients - a children's drawing.
