Emergency Service's head: Phoenix evacuation unit to work in all frontline regions
The Phoenix evacuation unit of the State Emergency Service will become the base for the formation of such units in the frontline regions of Ukraine, Head of the State Emergency Service Andriy Danyk said.
In an exclusive interview with Interfax-Ukraine, Danyk said the evacuation unit of the State Emergency Service operates in Donetsk region. "Now units are evacuating children and adults from Toretsk community every day," he said.
The State Emergency Service's head said: "We plan to expand our Phoenix unit and make it the base for the formation of corresponding units in other frontline regions."
Phoenix works together with the White Angels evacuation unit of the National Police and military administrations.
