Iryna Farion dies in hospital – Sadovy

Iryna Farion, who was assassinated today, died in the hospital, Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovy said.

"Trouble. It became known that Iryna Farion died in the hospital," he said in his Telegram channel.

Sadovoy said the doctors did everything possible, but the injury "was incompatible with life."

"The community of Lviv expresses sincere condolences to her relatives and everyone who knew and loved her," the mayor of Lviv said.

Farion was wounded this evening by an unknown person with a firearm at about 19:30 near her house on Masaryka Street in Lviv.

He disappeared, and the "Interception" plan was announced in the city.
