Germany donates EUR 1.9 mln worth equipment to Donetsk region utility companies

The Federal Agency for Technical Relief of Germany and the Charitable Foundation Angels of Salvation have handed over 17 vehicles and additional equipment worth EUR 1.9 million to utility companies in Donetsk region, said the head of the regional military administration, Vadym Filashkin.

"Seventeen vehicles and additional equipment were handed over today to critical and social infrastructure utility companies in Donetsk region. The total value of the delivered equipment and machinery is EUR 1.9 million," he wrote on Telegram on Friday.

According to the head of the regional administration, the cooperation between the Donetsk Regional State Administration, the Federal Agency for Technical Relief of Germany, and the Angels of Salvation Foundation made it possible to receive this assistance.

"Huge gratitude to the Federal Foreign Office of Germany for financially supporting this large-scale project and to the Federal Agency for Technical Relief of Germany for its effective and professional implementation," Filashkin wrote, expressing hope for continued cooperation.
