Ukrainian anti-aircraft gunners down Russian Su-25 in Donetsk region

Ukrainian military downed a Russian Su-25 combat aircraft that was about to attack the Ukrainian defense forces in the Pokrovsk axis, the Khortytsia Operation and Strategic Group of Forces has said.

"It is worth noting that the anti-aircraft gunners from the Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Cornet General Mark Bezruchko destroyed another Su-25 attack aircraft, which is already blazing in the Ukrainian Donbas steppe. Thanks to the accuracy, skills and professionalism of our gunners, today the Russian aviation lost one combat aircraft – a Su-25 jet," it said on the Telegram channel on Friday.
