Zelenskyy: Mobilization in Ukraine going according to plan, training base for can be expanded abroad
Mobilization in Ukraine is going according to plan two months after the adoption of the law on mobilization, at the same time, the country does not have enough training sites for training soldiers, but they are being expanded, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
"The military says that everything is going according to their plan [of mobilization]. As for the training sites [for training soldiers], they are not enough. As for whether it is possible to expand them, expansion is already underway," Zelenskyy said at a press conference on Monday.
Answering the question whether it is possible to expand the training base for Ukrainian soldiers abroad, the president said that "yes, and this is one of the solutions to our bilateral agreement with Poland."
