Naftogaz pays UAH 6.1 bln in taxes in Jan 2024

Based on the results of January 2024, the enterprises of the Naftogaz group paid UAH 5.6 billion in taxes to the state budget of Ukraine.

"Some 8.5% of all tax revenues to the state budget of Ukraine for January 2024 are taxes paid by the Naftogaz group. We are talking about an amount of UAH 5.6 billion," the group reported on its website on Tuesday.

Another UAH 500 million was allocated to local budgets.

"The Naftogaz group remains one of the largest taxpayers in Ukraine and a reliable support for the treasury. In general, over the 31st day of January 2024, we have already sent UAH 6.1 billion in taxes to the country's consolidated budget," head of the group Oleksiy Chernyshov is quoted on the website.
