Shmyhal: We complete second month of winter with stable situation in energy sector
Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal states that today there are no restrictions or power cuts planned in any region.
"This year we are finishing the second month of winter, having a stable situation in the energy sector. Last year we lived in conditions of constant restrictions and shutdowns. Today this is not the case in any region, and there are no plans for it," Shmyhal said at a government meeting on Tuesday.
According to him, the government continues to support Ukrainian families and maintains preferential electricity tariffs for the population.
"It was and remains UAH 2.64 per kWh. In general, this winter the government does not plan to change any tariffs for the population," Shmyhal emphasized.
