All Ukrainian pensioners received payments for January, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said and added that all pensions will also be funded in February.

"For almost two years of war, we have never delayed the payment of pensions, nor the payment of subsidies, nor the payment of other social benefits. This week, the payment of all pensions for January was completely stopped. That is, every pensioner received his funds," Shmyhal said on government meeting on Friday.

According to him, a total of almost UAH 58 billion were allocated for these purposes.

"In February, we will also finance all pensions, all subsidies, all benefits in full. This is our obligation to Ukrainians," Shmyhal said.
