Ukrnafta receives over UAH 20 mln in dividends from minority activities in 2023
Based on the results of 2023, PJSC Ukrnafta, for the first time in its history, received millions in dividends from the transport and production company Naftotransservice and the security company Security, in which it owns shares of 49.9%.
"The general meeting of participants of Naftotransservice LLC decided to pay dividends for 2020, 2021, 2022 - a total of about UAH 6.3 million. For Security LLC - for the same period plus for nine months of 2023 - almost UAH 14 million," the company reported with reference to director of Ukrnafta Serhiy Koretsky.
Thus, the total amount of receipts exceeded UAH 20 million.
Subsequent dividend payments for 2023 from both companies are expected in February 2024.
"These are the first funds from the results of their activities since 2020," the company emphasized.
Ukrnafta is the largest oil producing company in Ukraine, operating a national network of gas stations of 537 stations, of which 456 are operational.
