European Commission allocates EUR 1.5 bln to Ukraine as part of annual package of macro–financial assistance - von der Leyen
President of the European Commission (EC) Ursula von der Leyen announced the allocation to Ukraine on Tuesday of the next tranche of macro-financial assistance in the amount of EUR 1.5 billion.
“Today we are providing another EUR 1.5 billion to Ukraine under our annual macro-financial assistance package. We will continue helping Ukraine resist Russia’s aggression, keep its institutions and infrastructure running, and conduct crucial reforms,” she said on Twitter.
