From September 20, British citizen Gavin Gray will replace Ivanna Vladkova Hollar as head of the International Monetary Fund Mission in Ukraine.
Gray has significant experience in developing economies, Vahram Stepanyan, IMF Resident Representative in Ukraine, said in a statement on Thursday.
