Since start of war, Medical Procurement of Ukraine collects UAH 20 mln, buys medicines for hospitals in several regions for UAH 14 mln
The state enterprise Medical Procurement of Ukraine since the start of the war has collected UAH 20 million, of which UAH 14 million was used to purchase medical supplies for hospitals in several regions.
"We have purchased the most urgent medicines and medical devices to help the wounded and patients with related needs," the company told Interfax-Ukraine.
At the same time, it is specified that the goods were purchased for hospitals in Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia regions, the Chernihiv blood center, the Kyiv city emergency hospital and maternity hospitals in five regions.
The state-owned enterprise added that the remaining UAH 6 million will also be directed to purchases for hospitals.
"Incoming donations are used to purchase medical supplies that cannot be obtained as humanitarian aid. Medical goods are delivered to hospitals throughout Ukraine, including hot spots at the slightest opportunity," the company said.
