Ukrzaliznytsia starts creating strategic stock of food

Ukrzaliznytsia is starting today to create a strategic stock of foodstuff throughout Ukraine, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said.

"Today, Ukrzaliznytsia is beginning to perform another important function - the creation of a strategic stock of food products throughout Ukraine. We are talking about both the purchase of the most important products and the export of these products to the regions," he wrote in his Telegram channel on Thursday.

The prime minister stressed that the purpose of these actions is to create at least a monthly supply of food, as well as to provide such a supply to every Ukrainian in the combat zone.
