NBU publishes details of special account for raising funds for needs of Ukrainian Armed Forces
he National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has decided to open a special account to raise funds for the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the details have been made public on the website of the central bank, Governor of the NBU Kyrylo Shevchenko has said.
The NBU website contains the details of the special account: UA843000010000000047330992708. The National Bank said that this is a multi-currency account created both for transferring funds from international partners and donors in foreign currency (U.S. dollars, euros, British pounds), and from Ukrainian businesses and citizens – in the national currency.
Earlier in a video message on Thursday, Shevchenko said that the National Bank had decided to open a special account to raise funds for the defense needs of the Ukrainian army.
