Naftogaz Group transfers UAH 20.6 bln in taxes to budgets in Jan-March
NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy and its member companies paid UAH 20.6 billion in taxes and fees to the state and local budgets in January-March 2021, the press service of the company has reported.
According to the press service, receipts from the group amounted to about 8.2% of the total state budget receipts for the specified period. The group remains the largest taxpayer in Ukraine.
As reported, Naftogaz and its member companies paid UAH 142.7 billion in taxes and fees to the state and local budgets (including the balance of dividends for 2019) in 2020.
Naftogaz Ukrainy unites the largest oil and gas companies in the country. It is a monopolist in the storage of natural gas in underground storage facilities, as well as in the transportation of oil by pipeline throughout the country.
