Rada refuses to appoint Vitrenko as First Dpty PM, Energy Minister
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine again did not support the appointment of Acting Energy Minister Yuriy Vitrenko as First Deputy Prime Minister and Energy Minister.
Some 204 MPs voted for his candidacy with the required 226 votes at the parliamentary meeting on Thursday.
