Justice Ministry's bill to prevent recovery of $ 350 mln from PrivatBank registered in Rada

MP Yuriy Kamelchuk (the Servant of the People faction) has registered in the Verkhovna Rada bill No. 4064, initiated by the Ministry of Justice in order to prevent the recovery of $ 350 million from PrivatBank (Kyiv), Justice Minister Denys Maliuska said on Facebook.

"Judicial decisions are binding. It takes a long time to wait for the consideration of an appeal/cassation ... Dear members of parliament, please sign, register and support the bill as soon as possible. Not even every day, but every hour counts," he said.

The Ministry of Justice proposes to prohibit, when executing a court decision on securing a claim, to take measures to recover funds or to levy a claim on the debtor's property, except for seizure.
