Ukraine planning to offer 12-year dollar eurobonds, buy back 2021, 2022 issues – source
Ukraine is planning to offer a new issue of 12-year dollar-denominated eurobonds, a banking sector source has told Interfax-Ukraine.
A conference call will be held with investors on Tuesday. JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs are running the offering.
A tender offer will be called on Wednesday to buy back up to $750 million of Ukrainian eurobonds maturing in 2021 and 2022 in connection with the latest offering.
