Poroshenko vows to sign Code on Bankruptcy Procedures within two weeks
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said he is ready to sign the Code on Bankruptcy Procedures within two weeks.
"I want to thank the parliament that has recently adopted the Code of Ukraine on Bankruptcy Procedures. It has not come to the presidential administration yet, and I did not have an opportunity to study it carefully, but I'll emphasize that if everything goes as it was declared, I am going to sign it within two weeks," he said at a meeting with Ukrainian and foreign business representatives on Wednesday.
Poroshenko expressed confidence that this code is a significant step to resolve the issue of restoring the payer's solvency and ensuring efficient and fast bankruptcy procedures.
