Date of Unification Council of Ukraine's Orthodox Churches depends on Ecumenical Patriarch

Head of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Kyiv Patriarchate, Patriarch Filaret (Denysenko) can not name the date for the Unification Council of the Orthodox Churches in Ukraine, since this depends on the Ecumenical Patriarch.

"I can not name the date of the convocation of the council for it depends on the Ecumenical Patriarch," he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Friday.
