Explosions at arms depots in Chernihiv region do not affect gas transit
Explosions at the ammunition depots in Ichnia in Chernihiv region did not affect transit of natural gas through the territory of Ukraine, the press service of Ukrtransgaz has reported.
"As of 11:00 the GTS was operating as normal. The transit trunk pipelines of Ukrtransgaz do not pass in the 30 km radius from the place of the fire, over which the airspace was closed," the report said.
The company notes that to monitor the development of the emergency, additional monitoring posts have been set up at gas transmission infrastructure facilities in the region.
