Govt approves draft national budget 2019, sends document to Rada
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the draft national budget for 2019 and sent it to the Verkhovna Rada.
An Interfax-Ukraine correspondent has reported that after the presentation of the draft national budget held by Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman at a meeting on Friday, the government decided to approve the draft.
"We will work with the [parliamentary] committees and factions to have the budget feasible. One cannot boost the budget not supported by the money. Otherwise, this could result in crises," Groysman said.
