State register of those entitled to subsidies launched in Ukraine
The state register of people entitled to subsidies has been launched in Ukraine.
"This register has been created during six months and tested for several months," Minister of Social Policy Andriy Reva said during a government meeting.
According to him, from July 1 the register is accessible to all citizens of Ukraine, where information is displayed taking into account the law on personal data protection.
Reva noted that the register will simplify many procedures related to the system of subsidies.
According to the minister, more than half of the citizens who are eligible for subsidies have already applied for them.
"Strategically, we are going to monetization. We consider it as a step-by-step process throughout 2019," he added.
As reported, in mid-March the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the creation of a single state register of housing subsidy recipients.
