Court upholds transfer of Odesa Oil Refinery to management of SPF - PGO
Kyiv's district administrative court upheld government resolution No. 632-r dated September 13, 2017 on the transfer of assets of public joint-stock company Odesa Oil Refinery and Energy and Gas of Ukraine LLC (a cogeneration unit at the refinery) to the management of the State Property Fund (SPF) of Ukraine, the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) has reported.
"Taking into account the arguments of the PGO on the lawfulness of the government resolution, Kyiv's district administrative court on May 16, 2018 did not uphold the claims [of Odesa Oil Refinery and Energy and Gas of Ukraine LLC]," the press service said.
As reported, in 2017, Odesa's Suvorovsky district court decided to carry out special confiscation of assets of PJSC Odesa Oil Refinery and Energy and Gas of Ukraine LLC belonged to Serhiy Kurchenko's VETEK Group. The court of appeals upheld the ruling.
