Naftogaz pays UAH 204 mln to top managers, supervisory board members in 2017
National joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy in 2017 paid UAH 204.068 million to its top managers and members of the supervisory board, the company has said in an annual report posted on its website.
Last year, six board members and nine directors received UAH 179.521 million of salaries and bonuses, while in 2016 four board members and six directors earned UAH 86.587 million.
In addition, members of the supervisory board saw UAH 24.547 million of bonuses in 2017 compared with UAH 20.07 million in 2016.
In 2017, a total of 22 meetings of the supervisory board were held, and one meeting failed to take place due to a lack of quorum. One meeting was held by postal vote.
Naftogaz Ukrainy unites the largest oil and gas producing enterprises of the country. The holding is a monopolist in transit and storage of natural gas in underground storage facilities, as well as oil transportation via pipelines throughout the country.
