Ukrainian service AirAdvisor to recover compensation from airlines launched
The Ukrainian online service AirAdvisor on payment of cash compensation for cancellation and delay of air flights started working on a constant basis on February 26.
According to a press release of the service, it works without prepayments or pledges and collects compensation from airlines in case of delay or cancellation of the flight, denied boarding or missing a transfer.
The amount of compensation is determined taking into account the distance and delay time and ranges from $300 to $700 per capita. From compensation, the company collects 25% in its favor, which are withheld only in case of a positive decision.
"AirAdvisor has been operating in a test mode for more than three months, during which we managed to collect thousands of euros from airlines around the world, including Lufthansa, Air France, LOT Polish Airlines, Ellinair, Ryanair, Air India and Windrose," AirAdvisor co-founder and head Serhiy Aleksandrov said.
Currently AirAdvisor has a representative office in Poland.
