The German government in March 2018 could issue a permit to build Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, CEO of national joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy Andriy Kobolev has said.
"According to our information, in March the German government plans to issue the final permit to build Nord Stream 2," he said.
