The deal to sell Sberbank's Ukrainian subsidiary has already been structured, Sberbank chief Herman Gref told journalists on the sidelines of the Davos forum.
"We have prepared everything, the question is whether we will be given approval for the sale or not; this is the main thing. The deal has been structured in principle; we are awaiting regulatory approval," Gref said.
