Court sets UAH 1.8 mln bail for Energoatom ex-head
Kyiv's Solomiansky Court has elected an interim measure in the form of a UAH 1.76 million bail for Vissarion Kim, the ex-head of Energoatom, the Nashi Hroshi (Our Money) edition has reported, with reference to its journalist who attended the sitting of the court.
In addition, according to the publication, the court obliged Kim by February 6 to hand over the documents, with which he can go abroad.
Law enforcers suspect Kim of funds embezzlement when buying a direct current board in 2012.
Kim was appointed acting head of Energoatom on August 20, 2012, while he was dismissed on June 11, 2013.
