Naftogaz introduces ex-director of Smart-Holding to Ukrtransgaz's board
National joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy has introduced Kan Hyunchan to the board of public joint-stock company Ukrtransgaz. Since July 2017, he has been Ukrtransgaz's operations director.
According to the report of Ukrtransgaz in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market, the company's only shareholder, Naftogaz Ukrainy, made the decision at a meeting of shareholders on December 29, 2017.
Hyunchan from October 2010 through August 2014 worked in private joint-stock company Smart-holding, running the post of business controlling and strategy director.
Thus, today, the board of Ukrtransgaz also includes Myroslav Khimko (acting president), Serhiy Alekseyenko, Tetiana Fedorova and Andriy Khomenko, who joined the board in December 2017.
Ukrtransgaz, fully owned by Naftogaz Ukrainy, operates a system of trunk gas pipelines and 12 underground gas storage facilities in the country.
