Moscow court rejects returning Crimean turbines to Siemens
Moscow's Arbitration Court has rejected a lawsuit from Germany's Siemens against OJSC Technopromexport and LLC Technopromexport, which belong to Rostec, regarding what Siemens says is the illegal transfer of its turbines to Crimea, an Interfax correspondent reported from the courtroom.
The court also rejected a counterclaim from the Technoexport companies against Siemens.
