Ukraine resumes volume of gas transit to Europe after liquidation of Baumgarten accident
Ukraine has resumed the volume of gas transit to Europe after the liquidation of the accident in Baumgarten (Austria), Adviser to the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine Maksym Beliavsky has told Interfax-Ukraine.
"Ukraine has resumed the regime of gas transit of the previous days. As of today, the flow of blue fuel through the national gas transportation system to European consumers stands at the level of 260 million cubic meters per day," he said.
As reported, earlier gas transit through Ukraine decreased by 23%, to 200 million cubic meters per day due to an accident in Baumgarten (Austria).
