SPF announces tender to select independent members of supervisory boards of Centrenergo, Turboatom, Odesa Port-Side Plant

The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) has announced a tender to select independent members of the supervisory boards of Centrenergo, Turboatom and Odesa Port-Side Plant, the press service of the fund has reported.

Bids can be submitted until January 13, 2018.

"The tender for Odesa Port-Side Plant is to take place on March 2, for Turboatom – on March 6 and Centrenergo – on March 9," the press service said.

The fund said that experience of participation in privatization processes, M&A agreements and initial public offering (IPO) will be taken into account when independent members of the supervisory boards will be selected.
