IMC agroholding pays first dividends of some EUR 1.66 mln
The IMC agroholding has paid the first dividends in the company's history to its shareholders. The amount of dividends paid was about EUR 1.66 million, the company said on Friday.
The company said that EUR 0.05 per share was paid.
As reported, Agrovalley Limited controlled by Board Chairman of IMC Oleksandr Petrov as of late October 2017 held 68.31% of the total number of outstanding shares in IMC.
IMC's land bank is 136,600 ha in Poltava, Chernihiv and Sumy regions.
