Gazprom appeals against Stockholm tribunal's interim ruling in dispute with Naftogaz
Gazprom filed an appeal with the Svea Court of Appeal (District 356) in Sweden on November 7 against an interim ruling by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce on a claim regarding the gas supply contract dated January 19, 2009 and the partial cancelation of the contract, the Russian gas giant said in a report.
The interim ruling was made on May 31. A final ruling might be made not later than December 30, 2017, Gazprom said.
Gazprom also said the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce would deliver a final verdict on a dispute over the gas transit contract not later than February 28, 2018.
