Cabinet approves Finance Ministry's signing memo on cooperation with IFC in privatization of Ukrgasbank
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the decision on the Ministry of Finance's signing a memorandum of cooperation with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) within the framework of privatization of Ukrgasbank.
The corresponding decision was made at a government meeting on November 8.
Minister of Finance Oleksandr Danyliuk said during the meeting a tripartite memorandum would be signed next week during the visit of World Bank President Jim Yong Kim to Ukraine.
According to him, the memorandum, in particular, assumes the attraction of investments from the IFC by Ukrgasbank.
