Ukrnafta resumes production at four fields in Sumy region
Public joint-stock company Ukrnafta has resumed production of fossil fuel at four fields in Sumy region after receiving mining licenses from the State Labor Service, the company's press service has reported.
The operations were resumed at Anastasivske, Artiukhivske, Korzhyvske and Lypovodolynske fields.
"Annual production at these fields is around 240,000 tonnes of oil and condensate and 130 million cubic meters of gas," the press service said.
The company will resume gas supply to four towns in Sumy region in several days.
"Ukrnafta is actively working with public agencies to speed up the approval of the required documents for five other fields and resume production in the middle of November," the press service said.
