Some 98% of customs declarations filed in electronic form
Some 98% of customs declarations were filed in electronic form as of October 1, 2017, the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine reported on Friday.
Since early 2017 until the middle of October the number of customs declarations reached 2.6 million, which is 16.7% more than a year ago.
The fiscal service also said that in September, it took 44 minutes for customs clearance of exported goods, which did not require additional customs formalities, 131 minutes for imported goods and 18 minutes for transited goods.
According to the requirements of the Customs Code of Ukraine, customs clearance should last no more than four hours, the fiscal service reminded.
